How soon can I get my order?
3 to 5 weeks is the normal delivery time. Each order is custom made to fit your specifications. Please allow an additional week for orders placed during a holiday season, such as Christmas or Valentines day. Orders may take longer to process during the months of April-September, the height of wedding season. ( See Exeptions Below ) Until now, online shoppers have enjoyed buying items from e-commerce sites mostly sales-tax free. That's because older laws require stores to collect sales tax only on goods shipped to states where they have a physical presence, such as a distribution center or a physical store. We will give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the item must be shipped back to JCBling with 48 hours of receiving your Return Authorization, with all tags intact.
No returns will be accepted without the proper Return Authorization (RA#) Number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded.
Once you have shipped the package, you must email customer service with the Tracking Number on the package. A Refund or Store Credit will be made upon receipt and inspection of the Product. We will email you when they are received and that your refund is being processed.
