Returns & Refund Guarantee
Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by JCBling for every product we sell on www.JCBling.com.
When you receive a product that was bought and paid from on our site, and you find it is not as described,
you can contact JCBling to resolve these problems (according to the JCBling's
set of returns guarantees).
Scope of Guarantee
All products on JCBling have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.
The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but JCBling can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them
3. Returns without a Return Authorization Number ( RA# ) will be sent back to you. If you reject the shipment, JCBling reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold any credits.
Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests
You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has arrived at the final shipping address and is considered completed. You can do this by opening a dispute in the order details page. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.

How to file requests.
Log into your account, and go to My Account Page. Click on Return Requests and give details.
If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, You must contact us within 15 days after receiving product. You may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days from receipt of product. The product you are returning must be in its original condition and original packaging without any sign of wear, damage or alteration, otherwise we will no accept such return. Final Sale and Special order items are not returnable. Exchanges are only for the purchase amount only. We guarantee to send you exactly what you ordered. If you did not double check your cart prior to Checkout and ordered the wrong Style, Crystal colors, reading strength, or frame color, there will be a 10% restocking fee and, only a Store credit only will be issued.Upon receiving your shipment, inspect your order immediately. Should you notice a defect, notify us within 10 business days by contacting Customer Service.
We will provide you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) Return Authorization number, which will include the necessary shiping instructions.
No returns will be accepted without the proper Return Authorization (RA#) Number.
Once you have shipped the package, you must email customer service with the
Tracking Number on the package. A Refund or Store Credit will be made upon receipt and inspection of the Product. We will email you when they are received and that your refund is being processed.
Shipping Fee is non refundable. If your purchase included free shipping or promo codes based on the total of your order, and the returns drop the total of your order below the thresholds for that offer, we will deduct your credit for the regular price of the free shipping or promo codes. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. You can request either a Store Credit to your store account, or, a refund to your original Payment provider.
Swarovski Crystal Guarantee ( Jimmy Crystal products Only )
The Swarovski Crystals only are Guaranteed for the life of the product. Should a crystal fall off or become damaged, simply contact us and we will offer you 2 options. 1.) We will send you replacement crystals with instructions for gluing. 2.) Return to Jimmy Crystal for crystal replacement and a small fee of $10.00 for return shipping is required.
