JCBling Return Policy


Return Policy
 We work hard to keep our customers satisfied. We strive for 100% satisfaction & take your feedback seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, You must contact us within 15 days after receiving product. You may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days from receipt of product. The product you are returning must be in its original condition and original packaging without any sign of wear, damage or alteration, otherwise we will no accept such return. Final Sale and Special order items are not returnable. Exchanges are only for the purchase amount only. We guarantee to send you exactly what you ordered. If you did not double check your cart prior to Checkout and ordered the wrong Style,  colors or reading strength, or frame color, there will be a 10% restocking fee and only a Store credit only will be issued.

Upon receiving your shipment, inspect your order immediately. Should you notice a defect, notify us within 10 business days  by contacting Customer Service.  

Our policy lasts 30 days After you receive your items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return,
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non Returnable Items

 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards, Downloadable software products Some health and personal care items. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Policy
Upon receiving your shipment, inspect your order immediately. Should you notice a defect, notify us within 10 business days  by contacting Customer Service.  

Return Instructions
We will give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the item must be shipped back to JCBling with 48 hours of receiving your Return Authorization, with all tags intact.
No returns will be accepted without the proper Return Authorization (RA#) Number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded.

Once you have shipped the package, you must email customer service with the Tracking Number if available on the package. A Refund or Store Credit will be made upon receipt and inspection of the Product. We will email you when they are received and that your refund is being processed.

Returns without a Return Authorization Number ( RA# ) will be sent back to you. If you reject the shipment, JCBling reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold any credits.

Credit Processing

Shipping Fee is non refundable. If your purchase included free shipping or promo codes based on the total of your order, and the returns drop the total of your order below the thresholds for that offer, we will deduct your credit for the regular price of the free shipping or promo codes. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping to send merchandise back to us. You can request either a Store Credit to your store account, or a refund to your method of the charge.   
Cancelling or Changing a Product
We pride ourselves on processing your order as quickly as possible. Due to our fast turnaround, we may not always be able to accommodate your request for order cancellations or modifications. Please carefully look over your order to confirm all the details are correct before placing your order. Should you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been packaged for shipping, it cannot be modified or cancelled.   [Back to Top]

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without Tracking Numbers.
